Last weekend I sought help about smoking cheese and got suggestions...and will try them later. Meanwhile I added chopped almonds I had hickory smoked last weekend plus bacon also previously smoked. Two simple additions to a tried and true cheese ball recipe transformed it into a real winner at a party last night.
Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
