I just had to give a shout out to my guys, Jim and Dave, down at the Charles Department Store in Katonah, NY. These guys are my BGE dealer and are unbelievably helpful in every way. They have replaced with no questions and no charge my grate, firebox, and fire grate. They walked me through replacing the gasket and installing the Eggmates shelves perfectly. Not to mention when I bought the Egg from them they brought it out and set it up for me free of charge with a perfect seal![p]I know many of us have amazing dealers and it says a lot about BGE that it attracts such quality people!
