The post on here and another forum I am on keep discussing dry age'n so I have been studying up on it, and watching videos about it.  Never tried it, but will be doing it soon as I get my bags in!!!  I got a variety pack from Umai http://www.drybagsteak.com/shop-all-umai-dry.php

Amazon has some good prices on these bags also.  Waiting like a school girl expecting prom now!!!!  Can't wait to start a post on it, detailed w/ pics and weights as it goes!!!
