Recommendation on where to get grinder replacement knives and blades

I am looking to replace the blades and knives on my grandfathers old electric meat grinder.  It was made by Toledo-Ohio. Not sure when it was first purchased - maybe in the 60's?  (The thing weighs about 70lbs) Anyway, I know it takes a "Toledo" style blade, as it is flat on one side, and the cutting knife has a "12" stamped on it, so I am assuming it takes a size #12 size.

I would really like to speak with someone to make sure what I think I need are the correct parts; otherwise I am just picking someone randomly off the web. The two sites that seem to have the best selection (though very limited) are WaltonsInc.com and NBSParts.com.

Anyone have a recommendation/personal experience with these or another company?
