1st BBQ of the year!

Options
Haven't used the big girl since the fall, not a fan of bbq in the winter.  Started with Canadian prime top sirloin,  oil , salt and pepper, seared 7 mins per side then indirect for 2 mins, gave me a nice medium.  Served with grilled romaine and stuffed sweet peppers.  OMG soo good!
