I noticed there are a lot of new users here since I posted last, so I thought I would invite you to stop by my website GRILLIN' & SMOKIN'. It is just a hobby site, I like photography too and the site allows me to combine my two hobbies, I have been posting photos of what I grilled or smoked since 2005. There is also a blog I have been writing during this time too. In it I discuss what I have been learning along the way. Since August of 2013 the pictures and blogs have been showing and telling what I have been doing on and learning about my Big Green Egg(s). So if you are new to your Egg, feel free to stop by and check out the blog where I describe what I have learned so far about my Eggs.

I see posts like this, and I feel like a miserable hack and failure on my BGEs.
    This post is spectacular.

    Thanks guys for the comments.

Ron I feel a bit bad when I see comments like yours. I'm sure it was somewhat tongue in cheek. You perfectly summed up what this is all about in one line: "At least I'm having fun". I never look at this as a competition. The best part about or hobby is we get to share the end results with friends and family. We are all here to share our love of this hobby and learn how to have even more fun in the process.

No reason to feel bad at all. I love seeing your posts, and It influences my meal and cook selections. If I knew it all, I would be writing books. I don't so I read and experiment.
    Thank you for posting.
