Sparerib Sunday

Decided to try some ribs on the large because I have to do something on a Sunday.

Trimmed up some spare ribs and rubbed with

2 part salt
4 part pepper
1 part chili powder
1 part paprika
1 part onion
1 part garlic
Easy easy easy

2 hours in sprayed down with a homemade bbq sauce and a little water, cook was at 275-285

I wrapped for about 1.5 hours.  Probably won't wrap next time because these were too moist on the outside.  Still good but would like a little more bark.

Just going to eat these off the cutting board.

Looks good.  They'll come out just fine without the foil.  If you skip the foil, the may need a little more cook time and apply the sauce about 30 minutes from done.
