Continuous hop in the boil. Pretty complicated. I don't know what I'm doing, just there to help and learn. The brew master ran the show. Should keg it in a week or so. Then GLORIOUS BEER. It will get better after 1 or 2 weeks after kegging and the dry hop, but fresh beer is delicious.

@nolaegghead that looks to be a very cool experience to have had. I know zero about making beer, much less an IPA, and I must say, that is something I would really like to try one day.

Just finished dinner ... chicken drumsticks... $1.17 for five. Rolled the skin down, coated with Raging River, and rolled the skin back up. Cooked indirect to 200* ... the missus loved them ... guess they'll be in the rotation now.

No Egging today.
Did some sauteed shrimp and kale, not together though.
Both dishes were easy peasy!
