Grilled Beer Cheese Pulled Pork Sammich

Tonight's Grilled Pulled Pork Sammich with Beer Cheese, Bacon and Jalapeños.  I love pulled pork leftovers.  This will be repeated.  :flushed: 

The beer cheese was a roux of 2 tbsp of butter / 2 tbsp flour, 2/3 cup beer, 1/3 cup milk and 6 oz of a extra sharp white cheddar / extra sharp provolone cheese mixture.  












Had some leftover bacon and beer cheese.  Can't let that go to waste.  ;)
