Bacon wrapped scallops

I just did some bacon wrapped scallop skewers with bell peppers ,onion and cherry tomato seasoned with raging river rub. Cooked at 425 dome temp for about 15 minutes, turning a few times. I partially cooked the bacon so it would get done in the egg. They were outstanding. For those of us in the land locked midwest/seafood challenged I get frozen scalops at Sams for $18.99 a 2lb bag. For you new eggers this is an excellent cook. It real easy to do. Good luck, Tom

    Where they 10 count? They were out but had some nice Mahi Mahi filets.

    Next time try it wrapped in imported prosciutto. Awesome!
