Griddle sliders on the LBGE

Just a simple burger cook but it's been awhile since I post so I thought I'd post it up. Each burger started out at 3.25 ounces. The pics should tell the story well enough.

@jakebge .... I like the kettleQ a lot. Mostly use it for burgers, breakfast, and fajita's. Been wanting to try a stir fry on it.

Griddle q does a great job, I put paper towels in the grease tray, helps in the clean up....

@Wanasmoke give one of the kettleQ's a look. It's not a must have by no means but is a cool eggcessory.

@outrageous I always seem to forget about the paper towel trick. Do you wet them first?

I do not since I want them to soak up the grease, have never had a problem with flare up.

What temp do you set the egg at for cooking burgers? 400*? Do you put it on as it comes up to temp or after you get it dialed in?

I try shoot for 350-400. Wherever the egg decides to settle in is where I leave it. I let the egg come up to temp and then put the griddle on. Wait 5-10 and then start cooking.
