Crack in my fire ring

I have recently look in my egg and saw a crack in my ceramic fire ring I just recently purchased it within a year. What should I do?

Contact your dealer about filing a warranty claim. The alternative is to call/email headquarters.

It will be replaced, no problem.

And you can keep the replacement in reserve until the cracked one is no longer usable.

yup - a warranty item so no problem. BTW though a crack in a fire ring is sort of unusual as the firebox is what normally goes far more often.
