... on Texas Toast with a homemade Alabama White BBQ Sauce.  The sauce was amazeballs.  Had an idea and just went with it.  I'll hafta measure next time, but it consisted of mayo, a little French onion dip, a little horseradish, some apple cider vinegar, a little Korean sesame mustard, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.  Used a hand mixer and blended it with Apple cider vinegar until it had a nice consistency.  Spot on...  :flushed:
