It was a Friday Fun Cook.  
 
Wings rubbed with Swamp Venom & Cornstarch and white oak for smoke on the large cruisin at 450 indirect. This pic is after they had been sauced with Frank's & butter.  

Got the pizza shrooms on the small at 425 indirect.  


Let's eat!! 


The wings were the closest texture to fried that I have made.  Even being sauced they had a nice crunch and the shrooms were equally as good.   Thanks for looking.
