Middle-Eastern Spiced Chicken with Seasoned Rice

I've been trying to use up all the dried herbs and spices in my cabinet, and the bulk of what I have is of Mediterranean/Middle-Eastern origin so that defined my dinners this week. I seasoned the kebabs with a sour cream based blend of ras el hanout, oregano, thyme, paprika, coriander and cumin. Cherry tomatoes and bell peppers were also on the skewers. Served with fragrant basmati rice, harissa mayonnaise and some leftover tzatziki.
