Skipped lunch and am starving so I just put a 40 oz Flannery Beef Prime Dry Aged CA Reserve Porterhouse on the egg. Weighs in at 45 oz.  :o

Simply seasoned with Morton & Bassett Organic Italian Seasoning and kosher salt.

Cooking at 350 on Woo with CI grid. PS and drip tray underneath. 50/50 blend of fresh and used RW lump.
