Dino Ribs

Doing some Dino ribs for the playoff games later. S&P, garlic, worcestershire. Will do honey, soy & BBQ sauce later. 300 indirect. Smoke, then will wrap in foil & then finish with higher heat & sauce. 1st attempt....we'll see how it goes. The Edmund Fitzgerald Porter is going to be just fine.

those look great. I did some yesterday that were ok. I experimented with Duke's Mayo and Mickey's coffee rub(which I normally use on steaks). But I think I may have over cooked them a bit. Still good, great taste, but not as good as your's look.
