I've had my Big Green Egg since the 1st week of Jan'06 and its the best purchase I've made by far this year. I took my 2 boys deep sea fishing off the coast of Cape Canaveral last week and my 9 year old caught a beautiful 6 lb Red Belly Grouper. I put a little EVOO with Salt and Pepper and stuffed it with Crab Meat and it was to die for after it came off my Big Green Egg.[p]

YB,[p]MCG=Medical College of Georgia. I was a student there in 1996 when I first started using the Internet. Used the "handle" MCG DAWG as I was a grad of the University of Georgia. I've kept the handle and used it on a variety of message boards over the past 10 years. [p]In fact, a lot of UGA folks on a website known as the Dawg Vent are avid eggers. Was two graduates of UGA that got me interested in egging. After eating their offerings at a few get togethers it was time to get my own.

YB,[p]School of Medicine Class of Double Aught right here. I loved the school but as a young single man right out of Athens GA, Augusta wasn't my favorite place in the world![p]However, I do miss Treybonne BBQ, French Market Grill, Burgers and PBR's from Sports Center, Hot Foods by Calvin, and of course the Wife Saver. [p]Glad to hear there's plenty of egging going on in Augusta, would've loved to have had one when we were in school.

    OrlandoTopDawg,
Your pix are absolutely killing me. I live in northern Wisconsin and we have the Great Lakes nearby, but fresh fish from them doesn't come easily my way. Our fish is flown in frozen weekly from places like where you live.
Sometimes it's pretty good, sometimes not. Your pix only reinforce for me why I am looking forward to moving to the USVI after I retire in 3 years, 9 months and 27 days...but who's counting?
