Cooked 3 racks from sams club. They were 10 dollars a rack. I used head country for the first time ever. Is this the right stuff? I found it at walmart. It was a tad bit salty.
Here are the ribs. They were AWESOME!!!!!! these fine bones were towards the skinny end of the slab.
Overall, best cook yet!

I used apple and cherry for smoke wood. Started at 250 indirect for 2 hours, then 300 degrees indirect for an hour and 15 minutes, then they passed the bend test.
I was going to do turbo, but this worked out great and was a lot less work than 2-2-1 or whatever it was i did last time. I rubbed these with mustard and rub, cooked them, ate them. No sauce, no fuss.2 LBGE, Blackstone 36, Jumbo Joe

I've been hungry for ribs and yours look outstanding. I love the Head Country BBQ sauce but use their rub sparingly. It has a strong flavor besides the salt.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Nice ribs! Head country is a great rub for ribs, it doesn't overpower them.
