With no skill and less knowledge (I didn't find this forum for a few weeks after getting my egg for xmas), I had success right from the start.

Here is my very first hatch: spatchcocked chicken (without the spatchcocking) from the BGE site:


Next night: short ribs !!!

 

New Years:  rib roast   :)
