20# of wings for the crowd and Bourbon Bacon Apple Pie

All the kids have chosen to stick around. The Blackstone got a work out this morning! For their next snack we cooked up 20# of wings, 3 versions of tots: 1) standard, 2) pepper jacked up and 3) sharp cheddar and bacon tots. One of our guests asked if "we would like her to make a bourbon bacon apple pie?". My jaw dropped, "you bet ya!". Took 2 eggs @DoubleEgger. Wings with Tsunami spin and then sauced with either lemon pepper or trad Buffalo wing sauce.
Went raised indirect on the XL and raised direct on the L.

That looks fantastic, Brent! There are 3 things I have not done yet on my egg:
1) wings (no idea why)
2) pizza (have yet to purchase a stone)
3) short ribs (haven't located consistent supply for Dino ribs yet)
