New Years day ribs

3 half racks from the freezer, thawed, rinsed dried and dusted with salt and pepper and Plowboys Yardbird. Cooked over RW, and white oak from my woods at 275 dome, 'til 200+ IT
1 LBGE, 1 SBGE, 1 KBQ and a 26" Blackstone near Blackstone, Virginia

Me too! My son asked for ribs for his birthday. Had to figure out how to fit five on a Large.

Nice looking ribs! I have used the rack, but now use my AR, because some of the family like "sticky ribs". Keeping them flat makes it easier to sauce the ribs.
I also cut the racks in half, to fit better.
