My wife picked up a 4 lb. pork loin (boneless) from Sam's. Anyone know what temp/how long this will take? Haven't tried one on the Egg before.

Larry.....Cook that rascal indirect....350 dome....pull off with an internal temp of 150 - 155...let sit for at least 15 - 20 minutes before slicing....Should take an hour or so...but not too long....not a low-n-slow piece of meat...low fat...higher cooking temp...[p]Ed

Larry McSass,
You might want to wrap that sucker in bacon. I did the same cut a couple of weeks ago and wished I had. Good luck![p]Joe
