SV then Sear Lamb Chops

By searching  Previous Posts, came up with an eggcellent dinner last night. Coated with a little spicy mustard, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder and S&P. SV for 1.5 hours at 135 degrees followed by a sear on the small. SWMBO approved.
