Does a marble cutting board ruin the edge of a knife? Seems like it should being so hard, but I figured I'd ask some of the more experienced grill masters.

Myself, I've been using disposable cutting boards. They are made of a 'cardboard' type material, very easy on my knives.I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.

Seriously? They make marble cutting boards? You sure it's not intended for making candy or bread? Great for those things.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I use HDPE plastic. This is my side table with a removal cutting board top. Make transport to and from kitchen simple.
