OK, the details. Pretty straight forward. Smoke a butt on the Egg months ago, and freeze the leftovers in a food saver bag. Gently warm the pulled pork, still sealed in the bag, in a pot of water. Chips down on the pan, pulled pork, diced onions, BBQ sauce, hand-shredded cheddar; rinse and repeat for the 2nd layer. In the hot box at 350 for 10 minutes, then broiler for 5. Chipotle hot sauce and sour cream on the side. Consume with a Yuengling IPL and hungry daughters.

I made nachos last night. leftover frozen bbq. thawed it out. Put down tortilla chips, pork, then i add rendevous seasoning because it's no salt, then bbq sauce, then cheese. microwave until cheese melts. amazing and quick meal from frozen.Memphis TN - Large Green Egg

looks awesome! i have just done mine in the egg for 20 min at 375 and worked great. i did add jalapeños on top though1 XL , 1 LBGE , 1MM a very tolerant hubby and 2 hungry teenage boys with a lot of friends. I Love playin' with charcoal and sippin' Bourbon in Fenton, MI. Live Large!
