Honey Sriracha wings

did a little eggin for lunch. I whipped up some wings and fresh sauce.

375-400 indirect for an hour, sauces and back on for 10 minutes.for 

i also did my own mini experiment. 

   -- half the wings were tossed on salt pepper, dizzy pig shakin the tree, and corn starch. It creates almost a fried chicken texture.

-- the other half were just salt and pepper.

i like both, they are just different texture, but the side is outstanding.

** didn't hVe honey, so I ised half sugar and brown sugar in place of it




Many egg is still waiting to be out in the table -- have to build a small shelf
