did a little eggin for lunch. I whipped up some wings and fresh sauce.
375-400 indirect for an hour, sauces and back on for 10 minutes.t for
i also did my own mini experiment.
-- half the wings were tossed on salt pepper, dizzy pig shakin the tree, and corn starch. It creates almost a fried chicken texture.
-- the other half were just salt and pepper.
i like both, they are just different texture, but the side is outstanding.
** didn't hVe honey, so I ised half sugar and brown sugar in place of it

Great job on the wings! I don't cut the wings at all always cook them whole too lazy to cut them up and KayNOcook very much likes the tips all charred and crunchy.
I'm only hungry when I'm awake!
