Just invested in some Copper River salmon from Whole Foods today (reeeeallly pricy fish), and now I am sort of at a loss in how to prepare it. [p]Something this special has to be right, and for the price it better be right the first time, lol. Any recipe/technique suggestions?[p]Thanks[p]Ben
