Italian meatloaf...

Morning All:

I have NEVER been a fan of meatloaf (had too many dry, over veggied ones as a kid), but Kathy likes them so she found a recipe to give a try...Use a ratio of about 2 to 1 beef & sweet Italian sausage...add in some tomato paste, garlic, spices, Panko bread crumbs instead of regular bread and it turned out pretty good...Just put them on the Egg...added some DP Mediterranean-ish to the one in the back...


Took off after about an hour at 350 (internal temps around 150)...


Oh yeah, did I mention she stuffed them with Provolone cheese...


I would be willing to do this again, but add a bit more Mediterranean-ish rub next time.
