Spatchcock Alfredo

Options
Starting off with a spatchcock bird, raised indirect at 400 for about 45 minutes. Last 20 min half the bird was basted with garlic Alfredo sauce until thigh was 165. Let it rest while finishing the noodles and steamed veggies. Unbelievable on the flavor. Go Hawkeye Football 9-0!
