Tri-Tip, Potato Bombs and Butternut Squash

Options
Last if the vegetables out of the garden so we cut it up into 1" cubes, coated with olive oil, salt and pepper and a couple gloves of minced garlic. Put into a 375 degree egg for about 30-45 minutes until tender. Potato Bombs were stuffed with mushrooms, garlic, butter and smoked horseradish white cheddar cheese. Bombs cooked about an hour. Tri-tip was dusted with S&P, cooked close to coals for about 15 minutes until 118, then switched to indirect until 135.  Very good Sunday night meal and lets hope the Royals pitcher can hold it together. Also topped the tri-tip with mushrooms cooked down in butter.
