The lady was craving pizza and actually said lets make some on the egg, it always comes out better than takeout, +1 there in my book.  Anyways some before and after pics below... Made a white pizza with garlic, spinach, olive oil, ricotta, Italian cheese blend and some spicy sausage... Second one was half vodka sauce half tomato sauce, with pepperoni, sausage, ricotta and mozz cheese.. She loved it, so it's a win in my book, now maybe she'll let me purchase a mini max?

    Great looking pies!!

What part of CT? I'm in Vernon.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

In Milford, nice to meet some CT people - so now the next question... Do you have a go to area around here for packer Briskets? Can't find anything but a flat.  I have been going to Ferraros Meat Market in New Haven, pretty sure they have packers there but I am not sure what kind it is, choice etc... The meat there has been really good tho and amazing prices, they have a weekly flyer on their website.

Bart, the only place I have seen a packer in CT was walmart. Fine with me as I don't care for brisket (not MY brisket anyway). Down near the shore, not a clue.

PS, the WM brisket was choice grade.

@Tbent I find that brushing it with some good olive oil works for me, just my preference I think it always comes out better that way..

@Carolina Q  I just feel like I need to cook a brisket and officially become an egghead, I'm sure I'll come out frustrated anyways as I heard its one of the more difficult low and slow style cooks.
