Grilled Miso Marinaded Salmon

Jackie found this recipe in this month's Cook's Illustrated.
Two half pound pieces of Atlantic Salmon in the marinade in the fridge for 6 hours.
First I'm grilling the vegetables zucchini, orange bell pepper, and Acorn squash with
olive oil. salt and pepper.
Grilled the Vegetables @ 415* foe 10 minutes.
Now the 6 hour marinaded Salmon same temp.
15 minutes for the Salmon as well it smells so good.

I just grabbed a few different squash today, i'll grill some with a spatchcock chicken tomorrow. I never thought of squash on the grill.

I'm a couple issues behind on my CI's, anxious to try this.
I've done squash on the grill many times, but cutting an Acorn into rings, with that beautiful scallop, is an idea STOLEN! Great idea!_____________Remember when teachers used to say 'You won't have a calculator everywhere you go'? Well, we showed them.
