Egg Cheese Burger WOW

It was time to try an egg on my burger. Why didn't I try this year's ago. The egg yolk brought out a deep enhanced taste of the burger.

    That's really good!  Now you need to try koolickle mayo to go with it :)  that's mayonnaise with chunks of pickles marinated in cherry kool-aid

    Egg on a sammich or burger is always good.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
