Turkey, 2 ways

Options
Have a 3lb turkey breast and a 3 turkey roast on. Trimmed and seasoned yesterday. Mix of a Bodacious BBQ seasoning mix,  S&P and some Tony Chachere's. Added some chili powder, Hungarian paprika and ground mustard to finish it off. Nice blend overall for Turkey. 
Dome temp stable at 350 with an indirect setup. Added some copper tees under the drip pan for an air gap. Thanks @jeepster47
Cooked some bread, in the oven, to go with the meal later.
