You're going to love the large/mini combo. Get yourself a drier hose and you'll have yourself a cold smoker.

Make sure to get the mini woo and a pair of old stone oven pizza stones for extreme versatility. One of my favorite uses of the mini is for frying. The grate diameter along with the height of the woo make it very similar to a stove burner.

look around for a fry basket that fits, this was 20 something wings cut up into 40 something wingettes/drumetts cooked in my little vision kub which is close in size. it would easily fit more wings per cook
