New to Egg 1st Picture Post

Previous to this cook I had been cooking in the 400° range- Chicken Breast, Sausage, Salmon and I made my first Pizzas in the 550° range. I was looking for a time to work on my first lower temperature cook and since I had expected UT to get creamed by OU this weekend seemed the one.
*Quality was Excellent- very moist, nice smoke flavor
*Based on when I wanted to eat I started to late for a 2.5-3 hr cook.
*Kept ~270° real easy, next cook I will work on <250°

Wife took most of one of the birds and made Chicken Enchiladas, those were gone before I could even get a pic.

Well you did real good! Them chickens look real good. Don't worry about the 270 temp 250 would make no difference in the end result. Congrats on a great cook.
