Beef,Broccoli and Bok Choy Stir Fry, Oh My!!

And the line-up is some thinly sliced sirloin,thin sliced onion,garlic,ginger,shiitake shrooms,broccoli and Bok Choy
Now the egg is at 550° and the wok is hot, so in goes the beef with some red pepper flakes
Meat out and veggies go in with some dried chili peppers
Now meat back in getting happy with the veggies and sauce
And plated up with some rice
This was the first time for Bok Choy but certainly won't be the last. Thanks for looking!!

Great cook and eats I'm sure. That diamond shaped plate is definitely becoming your "brand". They are definitely hard to findLouisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@paqman - I noticed that too when holding the phone straight up but when turned sideways it's all good. I guess something has changed with vanilla pics lately cause this is the same way I've always posted pics. IDK.

Did you just use vegetable oil? or something different considering how hot the pan was. Also what did you use for a sauce? looks great by the way

3tb - soy
1 1/2tb of agave
1tsp of rice wine
2tb of water
