found a video on the net today and thought that I would try and do it on the kamado. I added some apple wood for flavour. Great cook and taste unbelievable!!!

Perty! I'm guessing apples and cinnamon? Is this the one using puff pastry? I think I saw that video as well.

Not at all. I purchased pastry rolled it out and cut into strips.
Sliced the apples and placed in water and lemon juice. Then microwaved them 3 min to soften them.
Took appricot pure and added water and heated for a min making a wet paste.
Lined the the pastry slices with the purée and added the slices of Apple, sprinkled with cinnamon and rolled them. Baked at 375 for 45 min. Topped with icing sugar
no paint sorry..... I try not to mention my grills here. I was told to post cooks so that's what I do. -
