Hody: I tried making crab cakes this weekend, but I had trouble getting them to hold together. I used Lump crab meat, mayo, mustard, 1 egg, 2 slices white bread, Tsunami spin and Old Bay seasoning.
They never held together well, and I ended up baking them in the oven instead of my BGE. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Dublin Dawg,
after you made up the 'patties' did you refrigerate them for at least one hour? ... . .also, when you put them on the fish grid to grill, let them go a little longer till the are nicely browned before trying to flip them ...also, make sure the white bread is cut up very small . ..yep, if you make them with as little filler as possible, they will be hard to handle...but the refrigerator part is very important.. .HTH
