Love stuffed peppers on the Egg. These had sauteéd onions, peppers, garlic, chorizo, ground beef, rice, with a little Mexican oregano and cumin.
325ish for an hour or so, then a little cheddar for 20 minutes. Yum.

Nice looking cook. What's the mesh grate you're using on top of the Egg grate?
