Sunday morning I arrived at the golf course for an early morning tee-time. I was bragging to my playing partner that I would be in home in time to put my ribs on my egg in time for dinner. He informed me that he put a pork shoulder on his egg before we left so it would be ready for his dinner group. The cart guy overheard us and said he put his brisket on his egg at 2:15 that morning to be ready for dinner as well. There is sure some good eatin going on in Lawrenceville, GA!
