I'm smoking @ 23 lbs of pork butt. it's current temp is 170 and i need it ready in about 3 hours. i bumped the eggs up to 250. is that enough or should i bump it more? i don't want to dry them out. any advice?

You are safe to wrap them and bump the temp to 300. You'll have no problems doing that.Steve

You can even take it as high as 350 with no issue.I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.
