I recently got my egg via a sales contest through work and after some browsing around took my first swing at strips while also using reverse searing for the first time.  I was extremely pleased with the end results and look forward to experimenting with many different dishes.  Thanks for all the great info on here, it made my initial eggsperience a great one.
