Ultimate Fried Chicken Nachos - Pix

Options
Last night's Fried Chicken Nachos.  Tortillas, Black Beans, Cheese, Jalapeños, cubed Fried Chicken Tenders tossed in Habanero Honey Mustard, Grilled Salsa Verde, Sour Cream and Cilantro.

For the sauce, I combined regular honey mustard along with Dave's Hurtin' Habanero Honey Mustard.  And I grilled up the salsa verde a coupla weeks ago and canned a few jars.

I ended up doing something different this time for the chicken. I used 3 skinless boneless breasts, sliced them into tenders and marinated them for awhile in pickled jalapeño juice.  I read somewhere that Chic-Fil-A marinates their chicken in pickle juice.  I definitely noticed a flavor difference as well as the chicken being more tender.  Worked great!

Mixed SBR Honey Mustard along with the Dave's.

Money shot.  B)  The flavors and textures were awesome.  Will be repeated!

Only thing that sucked last night was the Gamecocks/Wildcats game.  ;)
