Options
Put a 9 pounder on this morning at zero-dark-thirty. Rubbed with mustard and McCormicks Memphis Pit. Going with 275 over some apple wood smoke and planning to FTC it a couple of hours before I pull it apart. Going to be some good eats today!  :)
