Since the Auburn game is painful, I thought ribs and sausage would be a nice distraction. This is my first sausage cook. The links are indirect, raised at 275 degrees. At two hours, they are soft like butter. Will the links make it to the end of a rib cook? We shall see. The ribs are dizzy dust, 2-2-1 method since SWMBO loves them this way and it was her request. War eagle! I hope we survive.

Looking good. Sausage usually is cooked and rendered out in about 45-60 minutes at your cooking temperature. Pre- cooked sausage is ready in 30 minutes.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
