i just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. i've been a long time lurker & finally broke down and joined the site. i have 2 large BGEs that i use at least 4 times a week. i live in Knoxville, Tn & am a big Vols fan. GO VOLS! i've had an egg for around 7 years. my two boys (9 &11) say their favorite restaurant is "Dad's green egg!" we do a lot of cookouts & parties and guests are always blown away with the food that comes off these things. i hope i can contribute a little bit to the plethora of info tossed around here!
