Pulled Pork Tostada Ravioli (Pix)

Made some homemade corn tortilla dough earlier and my culinary artsy fartsy country boy brain started to spin. LOL. Came up with this: Pulled Pork BBQ Tostada Ravioli. 
The stuff on top is an improvised slaw made of green cabbage, red bell pepper, fresh diced jalapeños, cilantro, mayo, rice vinegar, sugar, S&P. Along with some additional bbq sauce and a pickled jalapeno. Magically delicious. 
One of of my favorite uses of leftover pulled pork to date!
