I picked up a "used" medium Egg at a local dealer about a month ago. I had gone in thinking of a large, but I couldn't resist the medium at $350 out the door with a cover and extra cast iron grate. I cooked on the medium every single day (I've been out of town Monday through Friday) I've been home. We had a party Saturday, and I was thinking that I was going to have a tough time cooking on the medium for 10 people. I was driving home to Michigan from Cleveland Friday and mentioned to my wife that I'd been thinking of buying a large to augment the medium.
So, two hours later I arrive home to this:
She called up the local dealer and had it delivered 30 minutes before I walked in the door! Saturday I did a 8 pound butt, 4 racks of ribs and about 50 chicken wings!
